Refund Policy

There are no refunds or exchanges.  However, if an item is received in a damaged state, the product will be repaired and returned to the customer at no additional charge.

 

Shipping Policy

We currently on ship within the United States.  Orders are shipped via USPS, and are insured.  If a package is lost in transit, a refund will be issued upon fulfillment of reimbursement from USPS.  Or a new item will be shipped, if so desired by the customer.  Most packages will require a signature due to the high value.
